TaCoS (Terms and Conditions of Service) v1.1
By creating an account on Beepboard, and participating on the website, you agree to respect the following rules:
- Beepboard has a zero-tollerance policy on hate speech, (trans/homo/etc)phobia, and any other kinds of antisocial behaviour and blatant misinformation. We're not Twitter.
- NSFW content is not allowed, nor is any obscene content (basically, don't post anything that you wouldn't show to your grandparents).
- You are not allowed post anything that would be illegal in the EU.
- It is your sole responsability to ensure all content posted on this website is legal.
- Claiming authorship of someone else's work is not only illegal, but also not allowed on the platform.
- Content created through the use of Generative AI does not belong on this platform.
- PLEASE do not delete your songs' samples (or submit other such broken songs).
- No advertizing (except if it is relevant to the conversation, and in good faith).
- Please, only register if you're 14 or older.
- Do not post any links to harmful content (e.g. links redirecting to malware).
- Do not create users, songs, etc. or ay other type of content with the sole purpose of spamming and/or degrading the quality of the website.
- Do not intentionally try to harm or exploit the website in any other way (e.g. with SQL injection). Please report any bugs found to me via e-mail or Discord (@fmixolydian, fmixolydian@proton.me).
Violation of the TaCoS shall result in your Beepboard account being banned temporarily or permanently, at discrecion of the administrator.
The administrator reserves the right to delete content on the website and punish individual IP addresses and/or accounts for any reason.
The administrator shall be held free of any liability regarding content uploaded to this platform.
By uploading songs to Beepboard, you grant other users a CC-BY-NC license to create derivatives ("remixes") of the song extending to this platform.
The administrator reserves the right to change the TaCoS at any time, for any reason, provided notice of such change upon connection to the website.
