2026-04-17 · comment #1126My headcanon is that the Minoid did something mildly bad, got a minor consequence from court but Plus+Man thought the Minoid hadn't suffered enough for what he did so he just torments and frames him for random crimes ever since.
Also I believe Plus+Man wears a + helmet and uses it hide his identity and baldness
